David Polak

David G. Polak , age 35, of Warrenville, passed away Saturday, April 1, 2017. He was an outgoing person, who enjoyed the outdoors, loved hunting, enjoyed the last year of his life to the fullest and was loved by all who knew him.

David is survived by his wife, Jennifer Clark; parents, Janusz and Maria Polak; brother, Piotr Polak; and many relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 14, 2017 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services , 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington St. & Main Street), West Chicago. He will lie in state on Saturday, April 15, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church , 3S460 Curtis Ave., Warrenville. Reverend Paul Kopka officiating.
