Diana Kroning

Diana Joyce Kroning (Darling), age 81, of St. Charles, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2015.  She was born on February 16, 1934 in Gary, Indiana to Frank and Mildred Darling. Diana was a long time resident of West Chicago and then the tri-cities. She had a strong faith in God and taught preschool for many years at Faith Lutheran School in Geneva.  She enjoyed sewing, quilting and shopping.

Diana is survived by her children, Scott (Melinda) Kroning, Spencer (Mary) Kroning, Sheryl Gallucci and Sue (Peter) Jesionowski; grandchildren:  Jonathan, Christina, Joshua, Allan, and James Kroning, Jessica and Lauren Gallucci, 3 great grandchildren, sisters Karen and Pat, nephews, nieces, family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dean and sisters, Shirley and Terry.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1:00 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services , 132 Fremont Street, West Chicago (one block north of Washington St. & Main Street).  Reverend Fred Gaede and Pastor Keith Hallam will officiate.  Interment will be at Glen Oak Cemetery in West Chicago.  For information, call (630)231-0060 or www.norrissegertfh.com
