Jesus Landeros

Jesus Romero Landeros, age 79, of Aurora, formerly of West Chicago, passed away June 11, 2010, surrounded by his family. He was born on January 7, 1931 in Dolores Hidalgo Guanajuato, Mexico to Rosalio and Maria Romero. Jesus loved his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed gardening, watching soccer and writing poetry. Jesus retired from Campbell Soup after 40 years of service.
He is survived by two sons; Alfonso Landeros of Aurora and Marvin (Jill) Landeros of Oswego; one daughter; Maria (Benjamin) Ingram of Aurora; six grandchildren; Luke, Lily, Leah, Benjamin, Nicholas and Tprenne; two brothers; four sisters and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife Dolores in 1974 and his parents. Visitation Monday, June 14, 2010 from 3 to 8 pm at Norris-Walen-Segert Funeral Home, 132 Fremont St. West Chicago.
