Lois Mastaler

Lois A. Mastaler (nee Schmitz) , age 75, of West Chicago, passed away Saturday, October 9, 2021. She was born on September 25, 1946, in Chicago, IL to Joseph and Genevieve Schmitz. Lois was past president of the 19th District VFW Auxiliaries, lifetime member and past president of the West Chicago VFW Post 6791 Auxiliary and West Chicago American Legion Post 300 Auxiliary. She enjoyed knitting and loved playing bingo.

Lois is survived by her husband, Richard Mastaler.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services , 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington St. & Main Street), West Chicago. A service will be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be private.
