Maria del Carmen Taylor

Maria del Carmen Taylor (Espinosa), age 75, passed away peacefully on September 26, 2024. She was born in Mexico on July 1, 1949. Carmen attended Jones Commercial High School in Chicago and became an Executive Secretary after her graduation. She worked for United Airlines for many years where she eventually retired. Carmen was united in marriage in 1972 to George E. Taylor. She loved reading, traveling and especially loved her family.

 Carmen is the sister of the late Oscar Sandoval, Sergio (Sheri) Sandoval, Sandra (Daniel) Zilly and Jaime (Maura) Sandoval; aunt of Steven Zilly, Siobhan Sandoval, JT Sandoval and Donna Maria (Dr. Andrew) Kotis; and the daughter of the late Esteban and the late Dolores Sandoval.

 A private inurnment will take place at Mt. Emblem Cemetery in Elmhurst, IL Contributions in Carmens’s memory may be made to St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 155 N. Prince Crossing Rd, West Chicago, IL 60185.
