Marie Jacobsen

Marie E. Jacobsen, age 99, of West Chicago, passed away Friday, March 5, 2010 at Wood Glen Pavilion in West Chicago. She was born in Chicago on May 29, 1910 to Joseph and Anna Friend. Marie was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 6791 and member of St. Michael's UCC, both of West Chicago. She loved reading and watching birds.
Marie is survived by one son Robert (Cindy); one daughter-in-law Pat; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Harvey Sr.; son Harvey Jr. and one brother.
