Rosa T. Portugal, passed away on Monday, September 21, 2015. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2015 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington & Main St.) West Chicago. Funeral Mass on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Mary's Church, 164 N. Oakwood, West Chicago. Burial in Calvary Cemetery in West Chicago.
