Rose Ann (Annie) Judson, passed away on September 30, 2018 in Austin, TX. Born in Argo, IL on April 30, 1927 to Gregory and Feodosia Jemsek, she was the last of the 8 Jemsek children. Annie worked at St. Andrews Golf & Country Club in West Chicago, Illinois for 75 years. Her work ethic and devotion to St. Andrews was a driving force in her life. She married the love of her life, PGA Pro Robert William Judson, in 1949. Annie was an excellent golfer in her own right and loved to play. Over the course of her lifetime, she had 3 holes in one, 2 club championships and a course record in Quantico, VA, which still stands. Annie’s most endearing quality was her love of people - and she was loved in return. No one could resist her beautiful smile and engaging personality.
Annie is survived by her children, Edith Ann Judson, Robert Everett Judson, David Lee Judson (Valerie Alexander) and Amy Louise (Douglas John) Fawell; grandchildren, Elizabeth Rose Judson, Chad David Judson, Tyler Isaac Judson, Lucas Alexander Judson, Caleb Robert Fawell, Jack Douglas Fawell and Ruby Rae Fawell; great-grandchild, Anakin Joseph Benavidez; and many relatives and friends. Her family is comforted knowing that Annie knew the Lord Jesus Christ, had accepted Him as her savior and was baptized in His Name.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; and seven siblings.
