Sandy L. Pronos

Sandy L. Pronos, age 53, of Carol Stream, passed away peacefully on March 19, 2023. 

She was born May 29, 1969, at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. 

Sandy was a devoted Mother, true-hearted Sister, and Daughter who was selfless to all who knew and loved her. Sandy dedicated 33 years working in many departments at Bloomingdale, Walmart, where she was well known to be resilient, hard-working, and had the ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. Sandy truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; going to concerts with friends, shopping, and relaxing after work with her dog, Piper.     

Sandy is endearingly survived by her Mother, Judith A. Jordan (RL Jordan); Mark Zambrano, her daughters, Arielle & Arista Zambrano; Both Brothers, Rodney Pronos (Joan Pronos) and Chireal Jordan. She was preceded in death by her Father, Richard Pronos; and Grandmother, Opal Miller.   

Family, friends, and others whose lives Sandy touched are invited to the Norris-Segert Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 132 Fremont St. (one block north of Washington St. and Main), West Chicago for visitation held on Saturday, March 25, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Chapel service at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
